Expungement Attorney Lynne Torgerson wins expungement of domestic assault case out of the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota.  Ms. Torgerson's client had an old domestic assault case from 1996 involving his daughter.  Records however, due to age, were unclear as to whether the conviction was for a 5th degree misdemeanor assault or a 5th degree domestic assault.  Since that time, petitioner had been married approximately 23 years, was a home owner, and gainfully employed.  He also helped take care of his parents.  He also had extensive positive experience with firearms as a child, which he wished to be able to possess again.  Fortunately, the Anoka County District Court, Judge Sharon Hall presiding, granting Ms. Torgerson's client's request for expungement.
